I provide Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling for individuals and couples utilizing Person-centered Humanistic, Cognitive, Behavioral, and Interpersonal/Psychodynamic conceptualizations and treatment modalities. My experience includes more than two decades helping people of diverse and marginalized populations across O'ahu with: anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, acute and post-traumatic stress, anger management, work/career stress and transitions, grief and loss, chronic pain, gender dysphoria, coping with general medical conditions, and improving relationships, as well as general phase-of-life personal growth and self-actualization concerns related to late adolescence, early adulthood, mid-life, and older adults and aging.
