I work collaboratively with adult and adolescent clients in numerous areas: Helping to resolve relationship conflicts and frustrations, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, improving self-confidence, finding more meaning and purpose in life, spirituality, grief /loss, parent coaching, couples, and pre-marriage counseling, I have a forward-looking style and try to take a "strengths-based" perspective. My clients would describe me as professional, authentic, calming, playful, and down to earth. I have moved my practice to Telehealth only starting in June 2022.
In addition to my Doctorate in clinical psychology, I also hold a Masters degree in Theology and have extensive training from Boston University's Danielsen Institute equipping me to help clients explore and resolve matters faith and meaning when this is relevant to treatment.
I have particular interest and experience in working with high school and college-aged students. In addition to my private practice, I work full-time as a school psychologist at Beaver Country Day School and previously at Noble and Greenough school for 15 years. I have significant experience working with adolescent and young adult clients.
