The decision to begin therapy is an important step on your healing journey. By building partnerships that are founded on warmth, dignity, and non-judgment, I help clients grow in a way that is most aligned with their values. Together, we focus on promoting wellness by acknowledging the past, respecting the present, identifying goals for the future, and developing the skills needed to joyfully move in that direction. I use behavioral, exposure, cognitive, and acceptance-based approaches that are evidence-based.
I offer short-term and ongoing treatment for clients experiencing the following, but not limited to: OCD, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am a former school psychologist and conduct testing/evaluations for giftedness and provide clinical services for school/behavioral issues, separation anxiety, parenting, autism spectrum disorder, and neurodiversity.
I identify as genderqueer and pansexual. As a member of the queer and gender expansive community, I am passionate about providing accessible LGBTQ+ affirming care. I am experienced in treating a variety of concerns with the queer, gender diverse, diverse sexuality, and poly communities.
