I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families in a safe, nurturing environment. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and supervisor of therapists, and I use this experience to tailor my services to meet your individual and specific needs. I work with a wide variety of clients and issues, from children with ADHD and school problems, to adolescents with substance abuse issues, to adults grappling with mood disorders and marital problems.
With over 20 years experience I divide my practice across the age spectrum. My specialties include treating ADHD, other behavioral problems, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I work extensively in coaching parents, and use CBT effectively in treating mood disorders. I also practice and teach mindfulness meditation,
I have a wealth of professional and life experience that I bring to each client, and a relaxed, focused style that will adjust to each client's specific needs. I strive to help each client achieve his/her own goals, from resolution of specific problems to more satisfaction with life.
