I have over 20 years of experience with individuals suffering with those concerns, and other issues. My COUPLES & FAMILY counseling applies experience and training in highly effective and researched approaches for helping couples and families achieve greater happiness. I also provide a straight-forward approach to ANGER MANAGEMENT counseling. Individuals, couples and families can and do overcome life's challenges, and find peace and joy.

I have an M.A. in mental health Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counseling with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. Many relationship troubles are common to people everywhere: communication issues, parenting conflicts, mental health obstacles.
