During our initial sessions, we will focus on creating a collaborative plan of action to help assess a full narrative of the presenting concerns you identify. We will then move into deeper conversation on thoughts/narratives that hurt growth. Most of my clients see a gradual, if not full, resolution of symptoms within 5-6 months.
