I have thirty years providing mental health services to Active Duty, Veterans, retired military and their families. I provide Individual, Family, and Marital therapies for adults and children. My treatment approaches are Evidence Based Tratment options. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat PTSD and victims of physical and sexual abuse. I treat individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, anger control problems. I am comfortable counseling ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other problems. I am a lifelong resident of Central Texas and spent my mental health career working in and around the Ft. Hood/Killeen metroplex community.
My treatment focuses on helping the individual and family find solutions to problems through Evidence Based Treatment options. My goal for those I have the privilege of working with is to help them in increasing the quality of their lives by enhancing coping skills and resolving maladaptive patterns of behaviors.
