My passion is for supporting those in transition, the elderly and their caregivers, those who have recently lost a significant relationship, and others experiencing a difficult change. I offer therapy to change destructive thinking and uncover patterns that cause repeated difficulties. I help those with depression related to losses, from relationships and from the functional losses caused by aging.

I serve clients individually or as part of a support group. in all of the above areas of transition and/or loss. Spirituality doesn't always come up but it is not a problem for me if it does.

My experience includes ten+ years in nursing homes and six years with individual clients. For 20+ years I have helped those in crisis find solutions.
