As a licensed psychologist, I work with adults, teens (16 and older) and couples. I am here to help with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, life transitions and more. Through respect, understanding, honesty and a touch of humor, therapy becomes a safe place to ease distress and accomplish goals. As we work together, therapy can help with easing symptoms, healing and recovery, improving life satisfaction, relationships and well being. I incorporate the wisdom and tools from various psychotherapy approaches.
Sessions can be in-person, through teletherapy, or combined. There is more detail available on my website (areas of expertise, biography, how therapy begins and teletherapy). Some clients choose to include the calming effects of mindfulness or meditation as a part therapy.
I offer a free consultation (10-15 minute phone call) for questions and help with deciding if you would like to schedule an appointment. Starting therapy with an experienced psychologist is an important decision. Psychotherapy and Teletherapy offered for adults and teens (16 and older) and Couples Therapy. Availability Mon-Thurs, 7:30am-6pm.
