I am accepting new clients! Our relationship will be built on finding strengths on which you already have and can build supported change. My skills are suited to clients who have experienced something traumatic, find themselves anxious or depressed, are seeking new purpose or direction in life or find themselves needing support by a neutral and honest voice. My approach is geared toward helping clients understand how thinking can get in the way, and how we can use flexible thinking to help make forward life progress.
I specialize in working with people who have gone through a traumatic life experience or a change that was not expected. I use the approach that thoughts and behaviors affect and change one another for the better when we commit to positive change.
Our initial sessions will be exploratory for both of us. Even though we may get right to work, relationships take time to build. My philosophy is to go through the change process together every step of the way.
