During the therapeutic process we explore thoughts and behaviors that impact the client's mood, lifestyle, and help develop appropriate skills to improve daily experiences.

My practice offers CBT, mindfulness, and I am experienced in existential and person-centered therapy. Sessions with me consist of exploring thinking patterns, that are negatively impacting the individual's life, behaviors and relationships.
My goal is to help develop an optimal working relationship, where the client can connect to themselves, and together we form a genuine therapeutic partnership. Empathy is an important aspect of my sessions, my approach is to provide a safe space for clients to feel supported, heard, grounded in compassion.
