I work with people to develop coping skills for a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, life stressors, and addictions. I also offer relationship/couples therapy. Hi there! I’m a psychologist at MGH and instructor at Harvard Medical School. I have expertise in a wide variety of treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, the Unified Protocol, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and existential approaches. Jade has been working in the field of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders for over three years. Jade is a certified recovery coach and she is currently studying to become a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). While Jade brings her education into her practice, she also has personal experiences with substance use disorder as she is in recovery herself. Jade is 6 years clean and sober off of drugs and alcohol. She knows the struggles and difficulties of overcoming ones addiction first hand.

Andrew is passionate about supporting clients on the journey toward the attainment of their goals and a more rich, full, and meaningful life. His focus is always on helping individuals along this journey in a manner that is collaborative and respectful of where they are in the process. Andrew creates a safe and supportive space, where clients can be vulnerable and bring to the space whatever it is they feel is troubling them or they want to better understand. He is committed to equipping his clients with skills to better manage their lives and emotions so they do not need to rely on addiction to cope.

Jason's holistic therapy approach analyzes how personal beliefs shape disruptive behaviors. Rooted in Adlerian, existential, and constructivist views, he uses Socratic dialogue to understand clients' life experiences, challenge faulty assumptions, and guide self-awareness. His goal is to empower clients to reframe perspectives, increase social interest, and create strategies that redirect their desire for significance into cooperative, socially-beneficial ways of courageously solving life tasks with greater satisfaction.
