I am also the co-owner of Diversity Counseling, LLC. For over a decade, I have been dedicated to providing both direct and indirect services in the fields of mental health and addiction counseling. At Diversity Counseling, LLC, I serve not only as one of the main therapists but also as the executive administrator of the group.

Cruz Rodriguez is a License Mental Health Counselor in the state of Rhode Island, License Profesional Counselor in the state of Connecticut and Puerto Rico, and Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor, License Chemical Dependency Clinical Supervisor in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, and DOT Substance Abuse Profesional with over 14 years of experience providing direct behavioral health services in a variety of mental health settings for adolescents and adults.

Chris is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and clinical consultant in the areas of addiction, trauma, and men’s health, as well as, having worked as a clinician and clinical supervisor in various levels of care in addiction treatment continuum. A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC), and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Clinical Supervisor (LCDCS), Chris graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work (MSW).
