I work with adults, teens, and children to make meaningful changes in their lives. Life can put us through some difficult times. Whether it is memories of a difficult childhood, a specific trauma, or a current challenging situation, life can be painful. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, mood and dissociative disorders, trauma and PTSD. I truly love helping my clients. Let's work together to start your journey toward healing and inner peace.
I collaborate with my clients to identify the issue and its roots. Together, we explore, experience, learn, and create. I primarily use the trauma informed modalities EMDR and Internal Family Systems along with CBT, DBT, creative arts, and play therapy. I also offer EMDR both in-person and via telehealth.
My style is relaxed and laid back with a touch of humor. However, I also provide challenges to encourage growth. I work to end each session with closure to assist the client to prepare for the rest of their day. I believe therapy is a safe place where we can work through the tough times and celebrate growth.
