My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in their head much of the time and feel like their life/relationships aren't working. They feel like their internal state is interfering with the results they want in their lives whether that be in their relationships, parenting, financially, professionally or in life in general. They want to know how they can feel better and show up in a way that feels healthier for themselves and others. Many of my clients are reacting instead of responding to situations. They feel disconnected from themselves, have negative self-talk and relationship issues.
I can help 1st by helping clients create awareness around their thoughts feelings actions and to gently see how this is driving their results by using scenarios and experiences brought into the counseling experience. I help built up my clients motivation to have different results through different techniques that help access their subconscious mind.
We are all human beings on this planet trying to do our best and we all struggle in some way shape or form. My approach to therapy is to meet you exactly where they are in their journey.
