My name is Dr. Wesley Willis and I am the founder of RHIO Wellness. RHIO Wellness was born out of a critical need for representation and understanding in the mental and behavioral health field. We recognized a glaring gap in services that authentically addressed the complex intersections of race, culture and mental health for people of color.
RHIO Wellness is not just a mental health practice; it is a movement towards equity, understanding and profound change. As a passionate black therapist I've witnessed firsthand the lack of providers who could genuinely connect with the multifaceted realities faced by people of color and other marginalized communities.
