I work with various populations, including teens, young adults, adults, and couples. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma symptoms. Our sessions focus on your individual experiences and can include family exploration, humor, or movement. We may spend time examining thought patterns. Our direction will be based on your needs.
