I have provided individual and group care to individuals struggling with various concerns, including life transitions, eating disorders, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. I integrate evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT skills and DBT skills, with passion, empathy, and support to assist my clients in reaching their goals and being their best possible selves.
I prioritize helping my clients to identify and develop coping mechanisms, create boundaries and routines, and reach their goals. I focus on empowering my clients and believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives and work with them to navigate through all of life's obstacles, big and small.
