Let's unpack and repack your "stuff" so you can move towards your highest self and away from situations you've outgrown. I will provide tools, stability, encouragement, and new perspectives. I am a trauma- informed, sensitive to people who are unsure about getting started. I encourage honesty, dialogue, swear words, and laughter along the way. We are gonna need to be able to be honest and vulnerable, so come as you are.
I primarily specialize in recovery from dysfunctional childhoods or more recent relational wounds: Addressing life transitions, family of origin, and women's experiences. Giftedness and existential work are other areas of focus. My clients range from aged 18 to 65. I do not see couples.
