My approach is eclectic, collaborative, and utilizes CBT, mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief (SFBT), Feminist theory, and occasional Dialectics (DBT) to understand clients’ challenges and worldview. I am a firm believer that our thoughts and actions matter and once they are understood, we can make the best choices for the life that we want.
