I'm Rhea Kisling, and I've dedicated over two decades to the behavioral health sector. It feels like only yesterday when I began assisting families and children, later transitioning to focus on adults. My drive stems from a profound passion for aiding individuals in improving their circumstances. Irrespective of our diverse backgrounds, educations, or life journeys, we all yearn for fulfillment, love, and a sense of achievement or happiness.

I aim for each session to make a meaningful impact, with clients discovering helpful ideas or techniques for their situation. Often, there's homework assigned—practices to engage in between sessions or concepts to reflect upon. Regardless, the crucial aspect is the application of these insights to one's life.
