You are deserving of peace, self-compassion, and fullness of life. Oftentimes, life's stress can cause deep emotional and physical pain, which may leave us unfulfilled, discouraged, and disconnected. My goal in therapy is to support and guide you as you learn ways to lift the burden from your shoulders to reclaim your joy, peace, and worthiness. I work with all populations including children as young as three, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My approach to counseling is integrative and incorporates cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and a focus on empowering clients to identify their strengths and resources.
I aim to provide a safe, authentic, and uplifting environment where clients can freely express thoughts, feelings, and share their personal journey. I view the counseling relationship as a collaborative process that encourages growth, self-exploration, self-efficacy, and instills hope.
