I try to be as personable as I can be. I don’t like to use big “professional” words that may not make sense to you. I want our conversation to be like a conversation that you have with a friend. We may laugh together. I may challenge you, but I’ll always be kind to you.
I feel like clients keep coming back to me because I make them feel comfortable in session and I don’t act like I know more than them. I feel like I make clients feel like we are working on the problem together – not me giving them orders while I do nothing. It’s a team effort in my office.
