Relational Trauma Specialist accepting new clients. Hi there! Do you struggle with relating? Do you feel like you are not understood as a child? Do you have complicated relationship with your family? Did you grow up in an environment where religion, culture, and family did not allow you to be who you are? When we see the harm and violence being done in our past, we want to stop the cycle. It takes incredible courage to challenge our traumas and become the person that relates healthily. I am here to support you on that journey. Together we will grieve what is lost, and rebuild who you are.
Do you may find relating difficult? Some of us may had a confusing or challenging childhood. I work with narcissistic abuse, social anxiety, trauma, and depression. In therapy, I focus on building emotional resiliency, relational skills, self-acceptance and compassion. I draw from the works of Peter Levine and others with a relational and somatic approaches.
My own journey to relational satisfaction has been full of struggle, hard work, as well as rewards. I would like to share with you my expertise, my understanding, and my kindness. I want you to feel at ease, validated, and supported in our therapeutic relationship on the path of exploring what is/isn't helpful in the realm of relational health.
