I provide counseling for people going through life transitions that make them feel stuck, hopeless, lost, and confused. I help people who are challenged in their everyday lives or serious life changes that require adaptation and change. Throughout my 12 years in practice, I have counseled clients in overcoming infidelity, divorces, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, perfectionism, and shame. I provide a safe space where you can be open, vulnerable, and most importantly yourself. Together we will uncover your truth, heal your past, and discover the life you want to have.
My therapy style is warm, encouraging but, direct and respectful. Your change and growth are my priority. I believe in creating a safe place that promotes honesty, vulnerability, and change.
