I believe there can be healing when we allow ourselves to look deep within and talk about our struggles and challenges. My goal as your therapist is to work along side you and help you process your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am client centered and use a strength-based approach. I often use Cognitive behavioral therapy in my sessions with individuals to help treat issues such as depression, anxiety, ptsd, stress, low self-esteem, anger, loss, etc.
As a Christian Therapist I believe that faith is a source of hope and healing and I am open to incorporating it in sessions upon request. I look forward to walking along side you in this journey to self discovery.
