As the founder and licensed clinical social worker, I am committed to creating a strong and empathetic therapeutic relationship. I will work together to establish your or your child’s unique needs and tailor their goals to those individualized concerns. You will be seen and heard. Your family story will be respected and honored. My approach is holistic and integrative. It is rooted in strengths-based, empowerment, trauma-focused, and person-centered therapy.
I specialize in working with clients who have anxiety, OCD, or have experienced trauma through close contact with someone who has experienced trauma, witnessing (exposure to trauma), or personally experiencing a traumatic event or events. I also work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. I also specialize in teen and college aged issues.
