This often means addressing depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, among other things that may be preventing you from being your best self. We work with individual children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We strongly believe in the mind/body connection and treat mental health by addressing all aspects of life (diet, relationships, movement, sleep, etc).
