I am an addiction counselor/ therapist and the name of my agency is "Restoration". I have years of experience and training in addiction and a variety of approaches. I work together with clients to explore and work through old patterns or unexpected traumatic experiences. I have found that, by treating people with compassion rather than judgment; positive change happens.I am a proponent of Client Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Evident Based Practices and Stress Release Techniques. I have had the opportunity to impact not only the lives of the clients I serve, but also their families.
Addiction, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem are normal responses to painful life experiences.I will provide clients with a fully accepting and non-judgmental environment that will give them the opportunity to identify, process and adaptively heal their emotional, physical, cognitive and spiritual wounds - without shame, guilt or fear.
I am adding a unique experience when past clients are working 1 on 1 and sharing there experiences with the patient to give a personal account of their recovery. Patience, understanding and precise effective communication are the factors that separate my practice from the status quo. Those factors have proved to effect positive lasting results.
