I am a licensed professional counselor from Houston, TX. I am very passionate about my role as a counselor. I have been counseling students in a high school setting for the past six years and I have experience working in a private practice as well. I have experience in working with teens, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of concerns including alcoholism, domestic violence, drug abuse, self-harming, depression, stress, and relationship/marital issues.
My counseling approach is multi-modal and stems from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution- focused therapy, and client-centered approaches. No client is the same so the mode of treatment and goal setting will be tailored to the needs of my client.
