Hello everyone, My name is Beatrice Miller and I am a clinical social worker. My passion lies in working with teens and young adults through the unique challenges faced especially with the ever changing world around us. Life can start to feel overwhelming and almost like we are drowning in our everyday stressors such as school, our jobs, our relationships, parenthood, and even social media. Utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing, strengths based therapy, and solution focused brief therapy to empower clients to feel confident in taking control of their life and their mental health. Understanding that you are the expert of your life I am here to navigate the journey with you and provide tools along the way.
