Virtual EMDR Groups
Resilience Therapy provides in person and virtual EMDR Groups. EMDR is the top evidence based practice in reprocessing and healing trauma - what better way than to do this in a supportive and positive environment. It is effective with all ages. It is culturally competent and there is no exposure to trauma. No long term commitments. Progress takes place in ONE session with the option to attend a following group for a discount. Price is 55.00 per person for an initial group and is approximately 2.5 hours long with a break. Hope to see you soon!
