Resilience is a community based private practice. Our training and experience enables us to offer effective outpatient individual, family, and group psychological and behavioral care. We provide therapeutic treatment for a number of mental health challenges. We provide space for individuals and families to heal and foster resilience. Our focus is to help adults, adolescents, and children heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths through psychotherapy. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a counseling treatment plan that utilizes evidenced based treatments.
Our goal is to foster resilience, the ability to recover from adversity, within the individuals and families that we work with throughout the course of the therapeutic relationship. During our work together we utilize an integrative, evidenced-based approach which encompasses Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, and Eco-Systemic Family (ESFT) therapies.
We provide a safe, supportive, and culturally competent environment for our clients to explore, heal from, and overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, unhealthy communication patterns, challenging behaviors, social skills deficits, and other behavioral, social, emotional and developmental challenges.
