I am a strengths-based therapist who believes in meeting each client where they are and individualizing treatment to meet everyone’s unique needs.
I utilize evidence-based practices and am a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. In addition to CBT I am also a certified Eco-Therapist which opens the door to the beautiful natural world as a resource for profound healing. Working in a private and vast outdoor space in the hills of Gilroy creates opportunities for clients to widen their heart and mind.
