Has life given you some lemons? Maybe copious amounts of gigantic lemons? Well, Im in the business of helping others make “lemonade”. I do this through counseling adult individuals. You are more than the lemon that led you to this website, so I want to see the big picture of your life and work together to get to a place where you have a healthy and peaceful relationship with your body, your past, and others. It won't be easy-peasy lemon-squeezy, but if you do the work, what was once sour will become sweet.
I am working remotely and am only available to meet online through telehealth with clients. I am taking a break from counseling couples because I prefer to work with couples in person. If you are looking for individual online sessions to address relationship distress, I can do that!
I know that you have been through some hard things that have tested your limits. You are still going through something, have triggers, and need extra help.
