The comfort and connection one feels with the person they choose to share their personal struggles with is super important!
My approach to therapy is quite simple- We are a TEAM! I am not a dictator and I will not pretend to know what's best for your life. YOU are the expert of your life so YOU will be the leader of this journey. Being vulnerable is tough and I place tremendous value on the fact that people trust me in their most vulnerable state.
