I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet your needs. I believe that being kind and compassionate with yourself is the first step to healing and creating change.
I really love working with women and teens 12 and up on issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and relational problems. I can offer compassion and a safe space to explore what's going wrong and what we can do about it.
