Drawing on a wide range of therapeutic modalities (psycho-dynamic, relational, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness theories), I have helped hundreds of young adults, adults and older adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety or mood disorders, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, grief, and relationship issues.
