As a Licensed Professional Certified Counselor, I am committed to building and empowering all people. I have a passion for a holistic approach to wellness is why my focuses on physical health and emotional well-being. My main goal is to provide a comfortable and supportive space to collaborate and resolve life challenges or issues. I help my clients gain insight, improve their connection with others, and to deal with life stressors. In my work I identify mental health issues, problematic behaviors, and maladjustments. My top priority is to help my clients feel safe, secure, and supported as they navigate the ups and downs of life.
I have experience working with many mental health disorders and circumstances such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work stress, self-esteem, and many other issues. My therapeutic approach is tailored to my clients needs. A few of the many approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy.
My integrative approach allows me to meet my clients where they are and guide them to transformative through exploration of life experiences, gaining self-awareness, and developing effective coping strategies. Collaboratively, we will identify and build upon your strengths and nurture resiliency.
