As a licensed therapist as well as a clinical supervisor of therapists, over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of individuals, couples, parents, and families in defining and connecting to the ideals, values, and relationships that made them feel whole again.
Using relational therapy and CBT/EFT informed approaches, along with other interventions, we’ll find what works best to get you re-engaged with the people and parts of your life that mean the most to you. I will support you in each session as you meet life's challenges and create experiences for powerful personal and relational growth.
