I believe that my role is to assist in facilitating your healing journey, provide feedback and encouragement, and allow for educational opportunities; however, you're doing the actual work of changing behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. I provide services outside of my full-time job and only see clients during the evenings, weekends, and holidays. I will get to know you as an individual and we will work from there!
I am trained in several modalities. I am formally trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Motivational Interviewing.
