My special interests include: trauma, substance use, recovery, life adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, spirituality, grief and LGBT+ and their families. My person-centered approaches include work in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
