Since 2016, I have worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, in-home, and private practice. My experience has allowed me to work with all types of issues related to mental health. I specialize in working with teens and adults who experience anxiety and depression, as well as issues related to addiction, relationships, and trauma.
My goal is to validate and honor the experiences of my clients. I work to make sessions feel safe and comfortable, and to build trust in the therapeutic relationship. I wholeheartedly believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship lays the foundation for effective therapy.
