What would it be like if we could love ourselves exactly as we are while learning new skills to cope with all that life throws at us? My mission is to provide my clients with a safe and supportive atmosphere in which they can be their most authentic selves. I believe when the way we are living is no longer in alignment with who we truly are on the inside, difficulties both within ourselves and with others can occur. I view my role as helping my clients live their lives more authentically; walking alongside them as we unravel the layers of their experiences.
I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ community; I received a specialty certification in LGBT Affirmative Therapy with a focus on working with transgender clients. I also have a lot of experience working with both anxiety and depression. I utilize a variety of techniques and I will tailor your session to your unique needs.
