Do you feel anxious or depressed, and wonder what it would feel like to be at peace with yourself? Are you experiencing distress in your relationships and wonder how to approach others with respect and care while having your needs met? I work with people who experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and relationship distress. I also specialize in working with clients who are experiencing grief, migraine and PTSD.
In my work with individuals I use mindfulness, meditation, teaching, EMDR, "parts work" and a focus on emotions. I am seeing clients in person only at this time because I find I am most helpful doing various therapies, and especially EMDR, in person.
I believe you and I can work together to discover the healthy person that lies within you. We'll combine talk therapy with learning, exercises, and mindfulness to help you develop new insights and heal. I welcome work with diverse populations.
