What do you or your child need to be your best? I am a child, adolescent, and adult clinical psychologist. I work with individuals across the lifespan conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations and psychotherapy. Together we will collaborate to figure out your strengths and challenges, and to create a plan to optimize your everyday life. I approach each client as an individual with one-of-a-kind needs. My goal is to create a warm, open, and nurturing environment where you can explore your dynamics, work through challenges, and ultimately become the best versions of yourself.
Comprehensive psychological evaluations explore individuals' cognitive, neuropsychological (e.g., attention), academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. If you or your child are struggling at home, school, or work, it can be helpful to understand the source of the difficulty.
Armed with information, a plan can be put in place to help you be the best version of yourself. Following the evaluation, there is a feedback session during which we will meet to review the results and recommendations. I can also consult with the school to discuss the results.
