Welcome! I aim to create an environment that is healing, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I recognize and celebrate the uniqueness of every person's identity, and I am devoted to cultivating an atmosphere of inclusivity that allows every client to embrace their genuine selves. I work with adolescents and adults 12 years and older, and specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, domestic and sexual violence, racial and LGBTQ+ identity development, intergenerational trauma, stress, school-related concerns, and more.
My approach to therapy is firmly grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy (ET), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I adopt a client-centered approach that is fundamentally strengths-based, allowing each session to be custom-tailored.
Your journey is unique, and I'm here to meet you exactly where you are. I'm dedicated to empowering you with tools to conquer life's challenges, fostering resilience in your life path. Let's embark on this path of growth and empowerment together!
