My experience includes Anxiety and Stress, (MBCBT), MBSR, Emotional Dysregulation, informed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotional Focused Therapy, Parenting Skills, and Integrative Psychodynamic Therapy. I have worked with individuals of all ages, families, and older adolescents. I have over 25 years experience as a full time university professor and experience with students from UC-Davis.
