During the childbearing years and beyond, I provide support with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
I work with individuals recovering from difficult pregnancies, deliveries/birth trauma, postpartum recovery, infant/child loss and grief, miscarriage, NICU babies/stays, and life transitions. We can join together to navigate perinatal and/or postpartum depression or anxiety, fertility issues, miscarriage, surrogacy, adoption, and diverse reproductive needs.
Through a holistic and therapeutic approach, we will work to build your inner strength, create new self-awareness, cultivate positive self-regard, and explore emerging thoughts and behaviors that are limiting health and wellbeing.
