I believe therapy is where a person is able to elicit assistance, for any set of struggles, by an unbiased, non-judgmental, empowering professional in a safe environment. Each person gets individualized treatment through their specific goals and tailored interventions. Through active listening, I support each client in identifying current areas of concern, collaborating with them to promote independence and self-reliance, and increasing their ability to overcome obstacles holding them back from achieving what they would like to achieve.
I have 12+ years of experience serving adults and couples of different ages, nationalities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and struggles. While my foundational treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I integrate various therapeutic techniques in collaboration with you to design a plan that best works for your specific needs.
The first step in this journey takes courage, and I would very much enjoy working with you to achieve your fullest potential! I am accepting new clients Tuesday through Friday, and offer evening hours on Wednesdays for your convenience. I look forward to meeting you.
